4) Mental/Emotional Traits: Quick thinkers, creative, and enthusiastic, but they may struggle with anxiety, worry, and restlessness when out of balance.

Imbalances in Vata:
When Vata is aggravated, it can lead to anxiety, insomnia, bloating, constipation, and irregular digestion. People may feel scattered or overwhelmed.

How to Balance Vata:
1) Diet: Warm, moist, grounding foods like cooked grains, root vegetables, and soups.
2) Lifestyle: Regular routines, grounding practices like yoga and meditation, and staying warm.
3) Herbs and Oils: Ashwagandha, sesame oil for massage, and ginger.

Pitta Dosha: The Energy of Transformation

Characteristics of Pitta:
1) Elements: Fire and Water
2) Qualities: Hot, sharp, intense, oily, and light
